Description Biographical note on Congressman Andrew Young. Report on congressional views of the condition of the Black community. Report on the Trade Bill's prospects. Notes on a meeting between Senator Jacob K. Javits and the Chancellor of the Treasury in which they discussed the "Committee of 9" (established by the North Atlantic Assembly to conduct a study of the future of the Alliance).
