Description Hugh Overton's program in Washington and the main topics he would like to discuss are US foreign policies, transatlantic relations, preparations for Kissinger's visit to London, reporting, especially financial/economic reporting, British-American Parliamentary Group activities. Subjects to be discussed with Bankers in New York include developments and prospects in US domestic monetary affairs, future of US controls on capital movements: significance of role of multi-nationals in this area, future of US banking in London, US balance of payments prospects: world balance of payments prospects including monetary and financial effects of the oil situation. Hugh Overton wishes to meet persons knowledgeable in the Macro-economic problems of the west coast, energy and regional politics, and interested in US foreign policies and Atlantic relations. Document also includes Overton's visit to Canada and his findings there and in the US.
