Title US Foreign Agents Registration Act 1938: Position of British government offices in New York (1974)
Description Examination of the problem arising from the requirements of the Foreign Agents Registration Act for various British Government offices in the US to register under the Act, UK Embassy in Washington have proposed that whilst they should refuse to register the Northern Ireland Industrial Development Office, the British Trade Development Office and the ECGD Office, they should continue the arrangement whereby the BIS register under the Act.
