Description Message regarding the outcome of the European Summit Conference, the OECD meeting and the energy problem and the search for alternative energy sources, support for an energy action group and that action on energy taken within the EEC and by the commission can proceed in parallel with other activities particularly in OECD and elsewhere. Industrialised countries such as the US, Japan, Canada and the countries of Europe need to work together to evolve a new relationship between producers and consumers.
